Reasons for looking: While a great place to work, it's not very fast paced or stimulating. Working for the County is a seniority type job and very hard to move up without extensive time put in.

Assistant Irrigation Superintendent Oversaw irrigation upgrade of Disney Palms Golf Course. Tasks included planning and scheduling removal of old irrigation system for Tee and Green reshaping. Planning and scheduling the installation of new irrigation into upgraded areas of the course. Planned and scheduled for four four man crews to maintain project objectives and schedules pertaining to irrigation. Operated tractors, excavators, dozers, trenchers, rollers, skid-steers along with actual installation of pipe and wiring. Reason for leaving: Disney was an 8 month job and other Florida contracts fell thru for company and didn't want to leave state and travel.

10/12 - 04/13 and 08/11 - 10/11 Patco Transport 511 Mulberry Street Coleman, FL 33521 352-***-**** (Tracy)

Driver Maintain truck and trailer to DOT rules & regulations as well as daily logs. Operated a tractor dump trailer vehicle picking up various aggregates from mines all over Florida as well as delivering to construction jobs as well as highway improvement jobs. Averaged 250 miles a day with 3-5 deliveries a day.

Reason for leaving: In 08/11 I took the job to keep income coming in after coming in from OTR. Got a job offer in 10/11 and took it. Ended up going back to Patco and had to leave in 04/13 because of constant DOT safety failures on trucks and the company putting in a policy charging drivers for repairs on trucks.

Maintain relationship between customer and sales force to maintain customer satisfaction. Up keep of daily paperwork for each accounts as well as payment collection. Reason for leaving: Very unorganized with constant management overturn creating a confusing command chain. Promises made were not kept as well.

OTR Driver Trainer/Mentor OTR driving across all 48 sates while maintaining a combination vehicle to DOT standards required by law. Maintain proper paper logs as well as all Bills of Lading for standard drop & hook loads as well as multi-stop pick up and/or deliveries. As a mentor/Trainer my duties also consisted of teaching new drivers how to operate a combination vehicle safely. This included shifting, space maintenance, load stability, weight standards, logging, all paperwork required to haul load, permitting, Hazmat requirements, safe and courteous driving in all weather and traffic conditions as well how to adapt to living OTR. Reason for leaving: Company would never get me home when I requested.

Reason for leaving: Disagreement with management
