I have been working in manufacturing for about 15 years. I have worked as a

packer on the end of a machine to working on assembly line as a team member

building a part in the process of making a fininshed product. I have 6 years

experience as a welder brazing copper to copper and copper to steal. At my

current job I am a certified trainer for welding. I have been a lead of my department

for 3 years and I have become capable of running a very strict schedule for our

parts orders and U.P.S. order. I am lead over 42 people currently, but in the past in

peak season as many as 62 people. I pull all the blue prints off the schedule to

made by our servo operators and also up set up crew of 5 people. I also set up

machines when needed and assist and help team members with question or

problems that might come up in our shift. I have learned the Employee Alignment

Process and I feel that I handle different situations and scenarios quite well. If

given the opportunity I wouldn't let you down. I'm very easy to train and always

have an open ear and can take constructive critisim well, also will ask as many

questions if needed if I don't understand something.
