Objective –

There have been issues and concerns about the stability and correctness of the HRIT data. As a result there has been a significant effort to improve that stability of the data in the reports. The data in HRIT is also used by the other downstream teams and data also flows through feeds to the business. Workday is the tool that is being used. People soft has been replaced by Workday. The project deals with HR domain and learning system.

Scope –

Analyse, design and develop mappings for as per the requirement document.

Usage of Informatica tool for mappings.

Involved in the development of new warehouse for LMS(Learning management system)

Analyze and improve the performance the current mappings.

Direct onshore coordination with Morgan Stanley team.

Project Description #1

Customer Service Reporting.

Objective –

There have been issues and concerns about the stability and performance of the OPS Metrics reports, especially during the Annual Enrolment timeframe. As a result there has been a significant effort to implement improvements that will improve the stability and performance of the reports. Reports were to be migrated to new environment over a period of time and this project was to be a part of the effort to eventually move all of the Metrics reports (Informix) to the new environment (DB2).This project deals with the Voice, Workflow and the Agent data.

Scope –

Analyse and develop mappings for voice data, workflow data and Agent data.

Ability to develop reports across one or more clients, including associated hierarchies.

Analyse data at the customer service associate level, including associated hierarchies.

Analyse data at the participant level.

Switch on to DB2 database from Informix Database.

Usage of Informatica tool for DWH mappings instead of old UNIX scripting transformation pattern.

As an alternate, we will also compare Informix reports with new environment to see nothing is breaking down due to migration of reports.

Developed reports as per Reporting documents.

Customer Experience – New Ops Metrics platform

Objective –

Stakeholders were looking for a well-defined strategy for managing, monitoring, and continuously improving the business and service. The strategy would provide the ability to track customer behaviour across the web and voice channels to drive direction and monitors operational activities to drive quality.

Scope –

Analyse and developed mappings for across the web channels.

Be able to correlate participant behaviour between the web and voice channels.

Analyse data at the client level, including associated hierarchies.

Developed reports across one or more clients, including associated hierarchies.

Analyse data at the customer service associate level, including associated hierarchies.

Analyse data at the participant level.

Switch on to DB2 database from Informix Database.

Usage of Informatica tool for creating DWH mappings instead of old UNIX scripting transformation pattern.

Responsibilities as a ETL (Informatica) Developer:

Used the transformations like Lookup, Filter, Aggregator, Joiner, Union etc. in the development of mappings.

Develop and implement strategies for performance tuning.

Used Flat file, file set, datasets, and filter stage for designing the jobs in Informatica Designer.

Used Informatica Workflow Monitor for running and monitoring & scheduling the jobs.

Involved in performance tuning of Informatica jobs.

Applied multiple lookups using lookup file set.
