Asset Engineer II

Project Engineer: Initiated and participated in MOC, PHA, and HazOp. Supported small projects

between $100k to $500k that involved initial design and implementation to new or existing systems.

For example: adding a slug catcher or a three phase separator. Developed project management plans

to include a cost estimates, hiring a construction team to build to specifications.

Process Engineer: Used PROMAX and HYSYS to simulate the process which was separation of Heavy

NGLs and Light components like Helium, Methane, Ethane, and Propane from the product. Provided

and ensured are proper documentation of equipment and process flow using P&IDs, ISOs, and PFDs

were compliant; Trained operations in class and in the field writing relating todaily operating

procedures.

Commissioning Engineer: Provided technical engineering support alongside other process and

project engineers to ensure the system or plant is built to specifications with safeguards and starts

up according to procedure in a safe manner. Rolls overlapped and involved working with many

different level engineers, supervisors and operations.

Carried out GAP analysis by implementing natural gas gathering, conditioning, dehydration, treating,

cryogenic NGL recovery, fractionation, compression, pumps, storage, measurement and utilities as

applicable.

Performed and supported process simulation modeling, process optimization, equipment design,

equipment specification, cost estimating, technical drawing review, Plant turn around planning, and

Process Safety Management.

Supported Operators and Plant Supervisors by creating documents, spreadsheets, and reports to

capture critical information and create efficiencies.
