Coordinated the 14 Continuity of Business (CoB) tests required, the data center testing, and the alternate site testing.

Created Operations Plans and gathered testers and test scripts for the 14 CoB Tests

Ensured the alternate testing site was prepared for the annual Denial Access Test.

Coordinated the successful rollout of the 2014/2015 Windows 7 pc conversion for Citi Asset Services with technology and the Section Managers and the 2015 Windows 7 upgrade for the alternate testing site.

Created Annual Contingency Management Plan and Business Recovery Plan for the Business Recovery Manager.

Business Analyst September 2003 – May 2013

Followed the principles of project management using the PM Life cycle to start and move projects to completion.

Supported the enhancements for 10+ applications used by the operation teams. There were 3-4 releases a year and 5-10 FRDs released in each release.

Coordinated JAD sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) for the elicitation of user requirements for new applications

Worked with Off Shore Teams (India) to elicit requirements for system enhancements.

Translated requirements into Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD),

Reviewed the functional requirements documentation to verify that the programming analyst gave the business what it had asked for in the business requirements documentation.

Created test scripts, and managed the User Acceptance Testing of each production release.

Additional duties included Continuity of Business at our alternate site, coordinating testers and test scripts as well as logging issues on Denial of Access test days.

Worked closely with the Project Manager and Developers in London and India to ensure that the FRD was exactly what the business had requested.

Worked with Hybrid Waterfall and Hybrid Agile methodologies.

Corporate Actions Processor July 1999 – September 2003

Processed global corporate actions for securities held at DTC, Latin America and Canada.

Tested new systems enhancements, maintained daily MIS, and produced weekly unit MIS reporting.
