Dear Director of Human Resources of Boehringer Ingelheim,

Please consider this letter as an initial application where I would like to take an opportunity to tell you

about myself, my academic achievements, my enthusiasm about being a Quality Control Associate at

Boehringer Ingelheim.

I have been a Physician in Viet nam when I was just 25 years of age. With 9 years at work, I have

earned not only experiences in medicine, but also in pharmacy and high technology in the Lab.

Our family relocated to the United States in 2004. It took me long period of time to take care of family

and then focus on study of the United States Licensing Exams (USMLE) and Medical Boards

(USMLE-Step 3). I have passed it with high score, but could not be accepted by residency program to

be a physician again in the United States, because my year of graduation was over than 10 years. My

big door was closed, but my personal interest in medical and Biotech related field is still on my heart. I

back to school (UCSC extension) to update my knowledge in biotech-Lab-skills and would like to have a

chance apply my knowledge and my experiences into biotech industry.

Apart from my medical and scientific knowledge, experience working as lab-technician, authority of

supervisor at the swing shift, I am also a responsible person, strong work ethic, quick learner. My

positive attitude and commitment towards work as my big dream will make me become a great

employee and good team player.
