In my position as Warehouse Supervisor with MENA I was responsible for all warehouse operations. I was a hands on supervisor of a crew of 7 people and their daily work. I delegated daily assignments and special projects, and oversaw the training of new employees. I was also responsible for discipline of the crew including write-ups and terminations.
