Authored, reviewed and maintained technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), in a Word Document format, utilized by HNA service technicians in the areas of installing, maintaining and servicing a variety of life safety equipment.

Developed and implemented an audit program designed to rate service centers, technician vehicles and field work performed by HNA technicians.

Designed Excel spreadsheets to capture audit data for scoring of each audited facility.
