Responsible for the internal audit of Hagemeyer Technical Service locations nationwide to ensure compliance with internal company policies, safety, EPA, State, DOT, MSHA and OSHA requirements.

Authored, reviewed and maintained technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), in a Word Document format, utilized by HNA service technicians in the areas of installing, maintaining and servicing a variety of life safety equipment.

Maintained technical SOPs in the Document Control Database.

Developed and implemented an audit program designed to rate service centers, technician vehicles and field work performed by HNA technicians.

Designed Excel spreadsheets to capture audit data for scoring of each audited facility.

Audited records for proper Hazmat paperwork to ensure DOT compliance for transporting hazardous materials.

Entered management in 1993, becoming the Branch Manager in Rock Springs, WY, specializing in providing life safety services primarily to the mining, oil/gas and power industries.
