************@*****.***

My work history and qualifications include configuration management, engineering, and maintenance of SSC’s (structures, systems, and components) within nuclear and non-nuclear facilities. Currently I work with the Venetian/Palazzo facilities engineering department in the private sector. My recent and most pertinent professional position was of Senior Nuclear Engineer at the NNSS (Nevada Nuclear Security Site), employed by National Security Technologies (NSTec.). Today I perform day-to-day maintenance and modification of a multi-million square foot facility. I am more adept within the nuclear engineering realm of management, oversight, and configuration management processes dealing with complex secure S.S.C.’s.

I have a wealth of experience in the engineering and construction field in all aspects, as well as maintenance, construction, management, and compliance. I have dealt with all facets of engineering and management for major and minor engineering projects inside and out of the government industrial complex.

I am very accomplished in performing processes of quality following NQA1 guidelines, exceeding ISO requirements. I have had Q-HRP clearance in the past five years, and was considered to have college equivalence in order to perform the work as an expert in the nuclear engineering field.

My immediate experiences with complex procedures afford a great deal of insight into my future employability within any industry requiring the use and application of complex critical thinking. The key overall strength to my abilities, which make me an invaluable asset to any company, is the ability to adapt and change based on educated decision making, founded on solid engineering principals, as well as the wise application of the graded approach. My engineering experience is also complimented by past leadership roles exercising management, oversight, and budget of major engineering construction projects.

I appreciate your consideration. I hope that you will consider me for this or any rewarding position and allow me to apply my skills to fulfill the mission of your company.

Respectfully yours,

Shane J. Navara
