Manage maintenance and rebuilding works in a CIL plant on gyratory and cone crushers, sag & ball mills, feeders, belt conveyors, lube systems, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic motor, agitator, various pumps e.g. slurry pumps, hydraulic pumps, sump pumps, submersible pumps, Ajax etc.

Performs all administrative duties in a complete manner within prescribed company policies/guidelines including timesheets, service tickets, expense reports, FCOs, preventative maintenance, and other related paperwork.

Conduct predictive maintenance technologies such as RCM, FMEA thermo graphic analysis, vibration analysis, oil analysis and ultrasonic analysis etc.

Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information

Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew.

Dexterity and high safety measures in project effecting e.g. Installation and modification of compressors, dryers and its distribution lines.
