EXPERIENCE BACKGROUND

SESHASAYEE PULP AND PAPER - 450 TPD Integrated pulp and paper plant- 2008-2013-Commissioning, Operation and operational excellence of RDH and ECF Pulp plant, Evaporators and Causticising plants. Worked as Project Head of Chemical recovery and Pulp plants. Worked together with M/S GL&V, US multinational in pulp and paper project field to commission and bring about operational excellence of pulp division.

BALLARPUR INDUSTRIES LTD - Pulp Division-300 tpd paper and dissolving grade pulp plant -2004-2008- Contributed as process and Development engineer in Pulp and ETP plants.

VAIGKUNTH PAPERS – 2003 TO 2004- Worked as Project Head of Pulp plant from secondary fibre and thereafter as pulp incharge.

SOUTH INDIA VISCOSE INDUSTRIES - 1991 to 2003 – 200 tpd dissolving pulp plant-Pulp division's Project and Process engineer. Executed expansion project to increase production from 140 tpd to 200 tpd and revamping project to restart pulp plant after a shut down for 2 years, Worked with M/S Lenzing, Austrian based European multinational to execute pulp expansion project.

GRASIM INDUSTRIES LTD-PULP AND FIBRE DIVISION-2013 to 2014 as Manager (ETP, WTP and RO)-projects and operation of 40 MLD wtp and etp plant, project worth of 60 crores.

ASIA PULP AND PAPER,a flagship company of SINARMAS group,in OKI pulp project as Lead Manager Process from 2015 onwards.Project and operations Incharge of a segment of 8500 tpd upcoming OKI Pulp project in Sumetra,Indonesia.

Lead the team to sustain the operational excellence by educating the team, providing SOP and required knowledge inputs to the team of young engineers and others.

Worked as project head of expansion of Pulp, Soda Recovery, Water and Effluent treatment plants to increase the production to 500 TPD in Seshasayee Papers.

Projects, commissioning and operation in Vaigkunth Papers, a secondary fibre paper plant, producing Kraft paper and Duplex board from waste paper.

Expansion and modernization project of SIV Industries Ltd-dissolving grade pulp-operations, process, projects and commissioning-Increased production from 120 TPD to 200 TPD. Project constituted of Installing 3 additional Digesters, One Vacuum drum washer, Pressure knotter and screen, One TRP, One Chipper, One high pressure vessel, OASP ETP worth of 70 crores, One stream of Liquor manufacturing plant.(Total Project value of 200 crores)
