Led 54 bed facility dedicated to Alzheimer’s and related dementia’s thru Annual Survey and Life Safety Survey, with zero deficiencies Life Safety. Eliminated Agency staffing by recruiting, interviewing, hiring and orientating two key Nursing Management positions. Eliminated Direct Care Nursing OT. Increased census by over 8%, forcing a waiting list for potential admissions. For two consecutive months, decreased operating expenses, increased revenues and collections returning highest EDITDARMI for the prior 13 month period. Director of all aspects of a 92 bed skilled nursing facility, including 20 female residents secured Alzheimer’s/Dementia Unit. Initiated training classes for CNA’s to alleviate staffing issues.
