Company Description
ASCOM geology and mining is a group member of Citadel Capital. Since 1975, ASCOM geology and mining was formerly the geology department of ASEC. ASCOM is a leader in the field geological investigations, raw material evaluation, quarry designs, quarries technical assistance; quarries total management and raw material quality control. ASCOM is working in many plants in Egypt. Also ASCOM is working in other international projects outside Egypt.

Activities:
Preparation of lists of equipments needed to implement the projects according to specifications from project managers, and consistent with what came in the projects documents Approved by the financing bodies.
Evaluate equipments company in terms of productivity and cost.
Follow-up preparation and documentation requirements and review in accordance with the instructions of the company.
Participate in the evaluation of bids submitted and the preparation of contracts, according to the rules And guidelines approved by the company.
Follow-up to provide the requirements for the implementation of projects.
Collect the necessary data to develop an implementation plan requirements for each project Then approval of the Board and upon the proposal of the project manager s and the adoption of Executive Director Of the company.
Compilation of needs and implementation plans for projects in the annual plan are grouped.
Plan review requirements for each project funded with the pre-implementation.
Preparation of documentation requirements.
Follow-up reporting the position of the needs of the projects monthly, quarterly and half yearly and annual and final report and that full coordination with the Directors of the project and the adoption of the Executive Director of the Company

Provide the company of the report on the comparison and evaluation of prices and a copy Of the specifications and copy of the draft supply contract before its implementation.

Complete quality control and quantity of raw materials fed to the crushers by using FSA on line analyzer
Maximizing the usage of the low grade limestone of high MGO( to decrease the consumption of high grade limestone)
Stacking of material received materials from outer contractor in the stock piles
