DESCRIPTION

Role : Team Leader.

India is a country of many languages and religions with many manual

scripts to represent languages. These manual scripts are written on palm

leaves which can be destroyed by many natural causes like insects. So

these scripts can be converted to text by Optical Character Recognition

(OCR).

OCR for Grantha Script is the electronic conversion of images of Grantha

text to machine understandable and editable format. Many articles h ave

been published on this topic.
