Coordinated design and construction activities with the owner, architect, design sub-consultants, contractors and vendors for Queens Park apartment complex complete with administration building. Results: This extended health care facility was the overall winner of the New Westminster Builders Award.

Planned and prepared contract documents for various residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and recreational projects. Results: Engineering documents, drawings and specifications were issued and field work proceeded on schedule.

Initiated Action and helped solve design and construction problems on a number of municipal, residential, recreational, industrial and commercial construction projects. Results: Construction proceeded on time and within budget.

Directed design and construction of a 200 Acre Nursery for propagation and growth of outdoor landscaping plants, Hines Wholesale Nurseries, subsidiary of Weyerhaeuser Corporation, Houston, Texas. The Project Included a pump station building, blending building, greenhouses, shade houses, propagation building, shipping office, covered dock structure. Results: Worked with horticulturists on the Project which was turned around and completed on schedule.

Directed field engineering and construction activities on the Arbutus Ridge housing development including, golf course, marina, post office, sanitary lift station, roads, curbs and utilities. Results: The development was completed within a sales driven schedule.

Coordinated architectural design and construction activities; with municipal governments, stakeholders, sub-consultants and contractors to complete twenty residential and commercial buildings in Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster and North Vancouver, British Columbia. Results: Mitigated the back-log, Schedule delays and completed the units on time.

1974 to 2015, Construction Tradesman, remodeled residential units in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada and Glacier, Washington plus served the Snowline Community Club as a member of special projects, architectural, community facilities, land-use, long-range planning, rentals, rules and regulations committees. Facilitated repairs to the Community BBQ, new washrooms and change rooms during the recession- downturn in the economy.

2012, Construction Manager, Performed interim summer relief work on the Peace Canyon Hydro Electric powerhouse and visitors centre roof replacement, Gordon M. Shrum turbine replacement and rotor pole projects including coordination of Owner's construction services, Contractors and Subcontractors work activities, daily and weekly reports requested by B.C.
