Accountable for overseeing the design, build, and maintenance of the
distribution Outside Plant network infrastructure for the entire company.
Developed, directed, planned and lead execution of the overall outside
plant (OSP) fiber network optimization strategy and standards. Serve as the
Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the OSP and Splicing teams. Lead multi-
disciplinary teams that included internal staff and vendors to create and
deploy the network optimization strategy successfully. Implemented
innovative solutions that allow us to save over $5MM in recovered assets
and avoided sub-contracted work by just changing the way we work and
avoided over $300MM in overbuilds.

standards and lead transformation of legacy OSP network to a new
