Summary

Built a prototype with the help of a Shafts and bearings .Shafts having a brush and tricyle bottom its having a collecting drum.While tricycle run Brush has rotate with the help of shaft rotation and dusts are collected through drum.

Projects in assembly:

oLower Shaft Bush and Bearing Pressing Machine to Jtekt Sona located on Delhi

Assembled a semi-automatic machine which has a single station .But that assembly of machine having more complex products.which has like ballscrew rod and servo motors. The machine contains five models of pressing parts on single fixture. Challenges: Achieving Cp-Cpk of the assembled component on greater than 2.5 cpk.

oEnd of line Testing machine to Inteva located on Romania

Assembled and Tested a automatic machine for the Testing of Latch assembly. It has six stations and a conveyor line. Pallets are being used over the conveyor to transfer the component from one station to next station. Critical process involved in this machine is Riveting and component testing.

Challenges: Riveting dia and testing of component is achieved and proved. With run @rate.

oSwitch assembly and testing machine to Zftvs located on Madurai

Assembled and commissioned a semi-automatic machine for the assembly of Switch assembly. It has four stations. The critical parts of the the machine is servo, indexing table and pogo pins for testing.

Challenges: Pressing depth achieved and connector pin height checking proved. with the cp,cpk.
