The Broward Center for the Performing Arts is a large, downtown, multi-venue theater and entertainment complex.

Premium Services Coordinator, 2013–Present

Responsible for operational and patron experience oversight for the Club Level at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts and other premium services. Develop, maintain and grow customer relationships with premium seating, and sponsorship accounts. Overseeing delivery of services in the Club Level for food and beverage, front of house, and other departments as required. Manage the quality control of the Club Level, in conjunction with the Center's management team. Lead resolution of customer issues and complaints that escalate beyond the sales/service level.

Donor Relations Coordinator, 2012–2013

Promote donor-ticketing relationships with Foundation benefactors. Acquire donors and retain and upgrade contributors. Schedule access, host, and act as the Center representative in social and business interactions with high-level donors at special events and in the benefactor private lounge. Provide support to the vice president of Development and serve as the liaison between the Development Department and benefactor activities. Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with such presenting partners as Broadway Across America, Florida Grand Opera, Miami City Ballet, Gold Coast Jazz, and Symphony of the Americas. Assist in the planning and administering of member nights and meet-and-greets. Respond to patrons’ telephone inquiries, ticketing issues, requests, questions, and concerns. Process online, mail, and faxed ticket-orders.
