Feedback4Values makes measuring customer satisfaction extremely easy. Create and Design the surveys for a particular organization by registering into survey. Import customer list into account and launch your survey. Data Collection Admin has to gather the contact list of users and send Survey URL to the user. When the user clicks the URL tag Survey Page opens which contains the questions about the survey. Feedback4Values keeps track of all the responses. Questions are Logical and the survey is collected on a Logic which gives us the correct and accurate survey.

HRP team deals with releasing devices and Proto type Devices for different operators and even for device specific which are independent of operators. These Platform testing include Functionality testing, Regression testing, Compatibility Testing etc for Various Language applications and need to check and fill the respective checklists for all those languages. Some tests are performed using Pre-owned tool. These Applications are linked with some social networking sites for promotion which should be checked thoroughly.

Working in International Compatibility team my responsibilities include Sanity testing, Functionality testing, Regression testing, Retesting, Compatibility Testing, Interrupt Testing for various kinds of Gameloft applications on all the devices which are categorized as prototype and released devices. I am also involved in various checklists provided by the OEMs and Operators, and making sure the applications are bug free while submitting to the client’s QA team.
