Facility Maintenance Mechanic (2011 to Present)

Performing daily routine; BMS check, building & mechanical checks, maintain freezers & refrigerators, temperature readings & adjustments, HPS boiler blow down & checks.

Uses hand and power tools.

Performing preventive maintenance on chiller’s, A/C’s, ice machine’s, air handler units, exhausts ;( filter change, belts, cleaning condensers & evaporator coils…).

Repair or install: light fixtures, ballasts, door locks, toilets, sinks, cabinets, painting, patching (building repairs and maintain clean and safe work area).

Interact with managers, supervisors and co-workers.
