Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Supervised Clerical Staff of their duties and responsibilities such as; phone communications, clinic receptions, taking phone messages, transferring calls to various Departments, making appointments for patients.
2.Supervised the preparations and review of patient appointment schedules, ensuring their timely development for each month, with a minimum of error.
