and execution of proposals valued at greater than $55M.
Directly managed $7.5 million dollars’ worth of task orders, including work for USPTO and US Air Force. These
wins generated 35 full time positions.
Improved file management system using SharePoint to increase the ability to more effectively manage
proposal documents. The result of the improved process was an increase in productivity and knowledge
management.
Obtained approval from Pragmatic’s executives to create and develop a file management system using
SharePoint that houses previously created proposal materials, lessons learned and best practices. This
increased productivity for our proposal writers by making it easier for them to locate reference materials.
