Client: Gilead Sciences Project – MDM Implementation

Role: Lead Quality Assurance (Consultant) Technology: Siebel UCM & HP ALM

Gilead was developing a customer hub to store profile and associated information for healthcare providers. This

information is used by multiple internal systems and is enriched through external interfaces. Based on challenging

experience from testing last few phases Gilead decided to leverage expertise of seasoned testing professional to

execute thorough testing for the critical release.

Establish tailored testing methodology for the program and created the testing setup using a combination of HP

ALM and XL sheet based templates and dashboards.

Established a traceability matrix to manage line of sight between business requirement and testing artifacts.

Created test scenarios, test plans and testing sequence for batch jobs and integration scenarios.

different levels, created training and socialization presentations and documentation and conducted socialization

Supervalu has huge database of its customers. The project included automating process for managing their Accounts,

Contacts and House Holding using Siebel UCM. Created Complex Data Sets for testing each Module and participated in

testing the application. Matching of various Accounts & Contacts created and then Merging based on definite set of

rules was done. DE-duplication rules were also applied. Testing the application against complex set of data to ensure

rules applied worked as expected was major part of testing.

Client: Macerich Realty Project: Sales Force Automation &Order Management

The project includes automating Macerich’s process of managing their Accounts, Opportunities and Leases using Siebel

8.0 sales module and integrating new applications with their current Oracle business application. Participated in writing

and executing test cases/scripts and did Performance testing of application using Empirix e-load. Interviewed Business

users to collect work-load model information; expected click stream and business process details for performance

testing.

Client is the second largest bank in US, and has a large Siebel platform for Customer Service. The solution is

implemented using Siebel eFinance 7.7 Call center and Order management Modules. The CRM testing competency

center supports all releases on the Siebel Platform. It is a team of 16 people focused on Functional Testing, Test

Automation and Performance Testing. It has so far supported 2 major and many minor releases of the solution on the

Siebel platform.

Identified, Modified and Automated a regression test set of over 1400 test cases into 280 Automated

Test Scripts, using QTP 9.5 with Siebel 7.7.

Lead functional tester for Service Module, used Mercury Test Director Tool for scripting executing,

the backend Siebel application. Led the testing track for the project; developed test scenarios, test cases/scripts and

Ranch aims at building an awareness of agriculture, its processes and products and a more sustainable use of natural

resources. Currently Slide Ranch started a re-branding and repositioning exercise in the donor and patron community.

They wanted to develop a new website, which supported this exercise. The website was developed using ASP, HTML
