Quality and Training Manager 2012-2015
Managed a 650K project to build the first Americas Learning Center to simulate operation and reduce training time by 50% and improve product quality. Designed a feedback mechanism to identify gaps in performance for continuous improvement.
Pioneered the Quality and Training team and hired three supervisors, one analyst and realigned the assignment of 84 associates. Coordinated ISO, customer, government audits and certifications in compliance with the QMS(Quality Management systems). Addressed internal and customer complaints using RCCA(Root Cause Corrective Action), QCCA(Quality Control Corrective Action), 8D and CAR.
Designed a Quality data-gathering tool to drive Lean improvements and Best Practice Sharing to reduce non-functional failures and improve First Pass Yield to 90%.
