Project Name: Online Customer Service Support

Project Details: This project provides services related to educational medical and hotel industries etc. User can query about various courses and colleges in college services, He can query about various hospital and doctors in hospital services and similarly he can query about various hotel location in different areas as per his convenience.

Implementation: It was implemented in Java using Struts framework. For database MYSQL 5.0 was undertaken. For testing purpose Selenium was used.

Project Details: The project gives the opportunity to a person to register himself for the examination and to reserve a time slot for the selected examination. Implementation: The project was implemented in Java and Struts framework was undertaken. Eclipse was used as an IDE. For testing purpose Selenium was used.
