things, assigning league credit to loan participants and advisors in order to maintain League Tables

• Pulled single and bulk data points from terminal into MS Excel through the use of calcRoutes. Leveraged

this information to populate Pivot Tables

• Assisted during on-boarding to help introduce and acclimate new hires to the Terminal and the daily workflow

• Primarily responsible for business growth of 4-7% on yearly basis, which resulted in an increase from 2009

revenue of $872,000 to projected 2014 revenue of $1.15M, and increased net profit margin from 26.5% in

2009 to 29.7% in 2014

• Organized and coordinated Wine Tasting events with Wine Nation's most important clients in order to maintain
