an automated model that recommended the power line technicians’ movements across the

province in order to restore power to customers as soon as possible using available resources

• Extensively analyzed the current power restoration efforts and identified the potential problems

• Classified several linear and non-linear programming equations and developed models using

various engineering software, such as GUSEK, MATLAB and Excel as possible solutions

• Successfully built and presented a final working automated model that profitably reduced the

current restoration rate by at least 16% using fewer resources to the faculty and client
