Create a every day working log, and be sure to have enough work for all the printing machines.

Separete special Samples for special clients, (pacsun, tillys, macy’s, etc.)

Create special packages for outside contrtactors.

Moved to the new Distrubution Center in Miraloma, CA.

For three months I was helping in the receiving deparftment.

After this three months I was promoted a lead in the returns department.

Make sure everything gets re-stocked in the right locations using a Scanner (RF unit).

Help and train new employees.

Keep tracking and follow up transactions from returns and cancelled orders.

Make sure at the end of month the returns location is clean, and in case of some problems, locate the place where the problem was generated and fix it.

Make sure, cheking locations, we put the right information on items that were returned without UPC.

Make sure all the returns have all the information needed by the time it gets to the preppin tables.

In case that one returned box came without the RA#, search in the system (SAP), as soon as that box came into the building, so when it goes to preppin tables, they got all the information.

Help on prepping tables with questions they might have on how to prep and resolve about quality of the items, (first, second or third quality).

Help people doing movements so they move to right locations all the re-stock items. PUTP, PUTD, PUTR, DROP 83E, DROP81E, PUTS. ETC,), so the stocking drivers know where to re-stoc k them.

Search information on the SAP, so credit is given to the right customer.

Create a everyday log of everythin that came to the building by the differents carriers, (UPS, FEDEX GROUND, FEDEX EXPRESS, USPS, DHL, YELLOW, NRT, ETC.)

At the end of every quarter, I was helping shipping department to make sure everything goes out by the last day of the quarter.

Helping on sorting at the different lines in shipping, building pallets, locating pallets, pulling tickets, pulling BOLs, confirmation or BOLS, Loading trucks.

13 years experince forklift driver. (reacher, cherry picker, gas and electric sit down, electric pallet jack)

On March 1st 2015, the company decided to to no longer run the distribution center and passed to a third party, Port Logistics Group.
