Project Description:

Admin Portal Dashboard consists of multiple features for patient services, Care Coordination module to handle patient gaps as per their disease or preventative plans. Scheduling outreach IVR calls for patients and appointment reminders also. It also caters to IOS devices – iPads for device provisioning to reduce patient wait times at point of care – kiosk check-ins.

Role: Software Quality Consultant – Agile Scrum Team and performing below activities:-

1.Perform scalability testing for system to enhance the performance and overall effectiveness.

2.Validation of different technical aspects of system for upgradation e.g. .net upgrades, sql/windows upgrades, msmq – messaging service for queues handling.

3.Attending daily scrum stand up meetings, sprint selection and decomposition meetings, sprint review meetings, sprint retrospective meetings and sprint grooming sessions.

4.Performing end to end testing, regression testing, database validations, smoke testing, defect cycle using JIRA.

5.Working with offshore team for high availability server setup, infrastructure and environment testing, readiness and build verifications.

6.Performing cross browser testing, browser compatibility testing, iOS device testing and validations.

7.Service level API testing using DHC and Fiddler.

Project Description:

Clinical IT – ICUE QA (This project involves set of applications which are taken care by clinician, care co-coordinator, physicians, nurse advisors etc. in order to support members of united health group for their all kind of medical needs. Currently our target is to merge around 40 legacy applications and convert them successfully in 9 new integrated applications.)

Role: Sr IT Quality Analyst (Associate Lead) and handling below responsibilities:-

Communicating with Clients, Management & Development Team on daily

conference calls.

Communication/participate with client on Requirement Walkthroughs and reviews.

Planning, Preparing & Implementing for the Test Execution which included activities like test case creation and review, creation of test plan.

Major contribution for ETL, Web Testing, Database validation, Putty Tool and Autosys involvement for QA work data migration etc.

Being one of the key contributor for test optimization initiation, implementation and certification i.e. OATS.

New Hire trainings, sessions for functional modules, people management.

I worked as Associate Quality Assurance Product (Level 2) and the scope of project involves Functional, Regression, System Testing and Production Support for given modules. Job responsibilities were as below:

Responsible for designing test cases - test scenarios - test data and successful

execution of test cases along with Bug verification, Bug tracking, Bug Triaging and

verification of the test results.

To Test application manually and also support automation team to finalize the automation ready test cases.

Selected out of 300+ people strength project (SPRINT Telecom) and played a key role in System Testing held at AMDOCS headquarter in ISRAEL.
