revenue through increasing markets served and decreasing unit cost by greatly increasing units

established equipment and methods to new applications for remediation of hazardous waste resulting
in improved methods, lower costs and higher profits. Improved Production and Operations
organizations by reducing supervisory load.
CHEMICAL WASTE MANAGEMENT – REMEDIAL SERVICES, Houston, TX 1986-1992

Division performed treatment, transportation and disposal of hazardous waste. District earned revenues of
approximately $30 million and employees of nine.

Directed Sales, developed bid preparation, pricing and presentation system, increasing the number of
bids presented, earning revenue of $30M, a level not achieved by any district within the Company.
Formal connection to disposal facility resulted in producing a waste that was more desirable, easier and
