-Verify the invoices to be paid are coded correctly, approved and appropriate for payment

-Review check requests and invoice discrepancies

-To ensure the expenses are capitalized for long term assets

-Responsible for reclassification

-Process journal entries and month end accruals

-Assist in month end closing

-Reconcile monthly corporate credit card expense reports

-Prepare accounts payable checks, ACH payments, and post wire payments
