This is a manual paper based system being replaced with an upgraded solution, featuring automated billing, web invoice presentment with payment options for group customers, and commissions calculation and payment for service brokers.

Reviewed BRD, FRD and DSI Design document and proposed the testing scope for the project “WISDOM Replacement”.

The action requires Wells Fargo to promptly correct deficiencies in residential mortgage loan servicing and foreclosure practices that examiners identified in a review conducted end of fiscal year. The actions require Wells Fargo to make improvements in practices for residential mortgage loan servicing and foreclosure processing, including communications with borrowers and dual tracking, which occurs when servicers continue to pursue foreclosure during the loan modification process. The action further requires Wells Fargo to ensure that foreclosures are not pursued once a mortgage has been approved for modification and to establish a single point of contact for borrowers throughout the loan modification and foreclosure processes.
