Incident Reporting System
Designed and developed incident reporting system with complete workflow using IBM Lotus Notes ( xPages technology). Automated

leave policy for management and non management staff. Now user can apply leave online, approver can approve online and
quotas are managed through the system. User can view entitled leave and respective quotas. System is also integrated with SAP
and all records are updated in by day end.
