2014-present Zeidman Technologies – VP of Product Management and Business Development -

developers of SynthOS, an innovative tool for creating an Application-Specific Operation System (ASOS).

Generating a highly optimized and small memory foot print operation system for IoT M2M and control

2003-2014 Luidia inc.- SVP Product Development and Operation – A spin-off from EFI for the eBeam

product line, Luidia became a leading provider of interactive technology for education markets

worldwide. Luidia products can convert any flat surface to an interactive collaboration display using a

standard projector. Luidia’s line of products includes its brand eBeam portable interactive system, as well

as hardware and software kits that are embedded into projectors of leading manufacturers as Hitachi

and NEC.

● Co-founder of Luidia Inc. The company was acquired by PNF Korea in 2014, was a key participant in

acquisition negotiation.

● Responsible for all product-related activities, including R&D, engineering and QA, maintenance support,

and OEM/BizDev.

● Managing global engineering organizations of hardware, software, firmware, mechanical and QA teams.

● Managed scalable production and supply chain, using the “just in time” methodology. Scaled production

to achieve 500% increase within 4 months. Successfully delivered on time the largest bid in the industry,

of over 50,000 units within 6 months.

● Responsible for development of company’s intellectual property portfolio, including participating in

patent infringement litigation.

● Business Development - manage relationships and initiate new products with other technology companies

(Cisco, Avaya, HP, youSendIt and Polycomm).

1996-2003 Electronics for Imaging (EFI) – Engineering Manager. A worldwide leader in the field of

printing controllers and unique wide-format printing. EFI developed the eBeam product for internal use,

but later commercialized it, and spun off Luidia for that purpose.

● Design and development of the eBeam technology from its early stage R&D effort to a complete product

line, including transition to manufacturing.

● Develop software module, hardware, firmware and signal processing algorithms (issued US and

international patents).

● Responsible for engineering relationship with OEMs, and the development of OEM specific products (e.g.,

3M, GBC, Palm).

● Develop a portable mobile solution to convert any whiteboard into an interactive system using BT and

IRDA. Design and implemented mobile software application for PalmOS and WinCE.

Tici – Software/Firmware Engineer. An engineering consulting firm for semiconductor fab machine

controllers and UI.

Strasbaugh, San Luis Obispo CA – wafer polishing systems. Design the system architecture and the multi-

thread wafer sequencing system.

FSI, Fremont CA – wafer imaging system. Develop fab control drivers for all hardware interfaces, and

wafer sequencer for managing and optimizing system throughput.
