SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
My introduction to the building / construction industry began when my father founded Temple City Mechanical in 1968. I began my informal H.V.A.C. apprenticeship training in the summer of 1975 and upon my graduation from High School in 1979, I was considered by my peers to have achieved the H.V.A.C. “Field Journeyman” level of accomplishment.
Following the completion of Flight School & College in 1985, I was active in both the aviation and construction industries before taking a full time position with J.T. Nute Construction Company General Contractors out of Encinitas, California in 1987 as a field laborer through an assistant superintendent.
Currently with nearly 29 years of experience, I have served in many facets of the industry ranging from Project Forman, Field Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, Project Manager & QC / Safety Manager;

Construction: Cast in place concrete system.

Downtown Women’s Center; Los Angeles, CA: A seven story Steel & Concrete Structure Built in 1926 was Seismically up-graded using steel, shotcrete & fiber wrap column systems, with a complete exterior Façade “Historical Upgrade & Restoration” with an interior Type II construction build out consisting of a Full service dining room & restaurant style commercial kitchen Facilities along with 123 single resident living spaces including Salon, Gym, Multipurpose rooms & Learning Center with 1200sqft. 2nd floor outdoor Garden Deck and Viewing Area.
