SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:

My introduction to the building / construction industry began when my father founded Temple City Mechanical in 1968. I began my informal H.V.A.C. apprenticeship training in the summer of 1975 and upon my graduation from High School in 1979, I was considered by my peers to have achieved the H.V.A.C. “Field Journeyman” level of accomplishment.

Following the completion of Flight School & College in 1985, I was active in both the aviation and construction industries before taking a full time position with J.T. Nute Construction Company General Contractors out of Encinitas, California in 1987 as a field laborer through an assistant superintendent.

Currently with nearly 29 years of experience, I have served in many facets of the industry ranging from Project Forman, Field Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, Project Manager & QC / Safety Manager;

Residential: Custom Homes, Multifamily & Apartments, New / Remodel projects 1-3 stories.

Bing Crosby’s Historical Mansion; Rancho Santa Fe California: Two story renovation on three acres including new wine cellar & below grade parking garage.

Cape’ May @ Harveston Apartments; Temecula California: Twelve Acre site including Twenty Seven One to three story apartment building’s, 370 units, club house, spa, leasing center & two public pool facilities.

Commercial: “Type V” 1hour. Slab & podium wood frame construction projects 2-6 stories with subterranean parking structure.

Stadium Park Apartments; Anaheim, California: Two acre site with two levels of below grade parking, podium deck and five levels above, ground level retail & restaurant facilities with four levels, 320 units total of Basic to High End with 20 fifth floor penthouse style suite apartments.

Park Viridian Apartments; “Golden Triangle” Anaheim California: 2.2 Acre site with two levels of below grade parking, suspended podium deck Olympic size pool and four levels, 340 units total of basic to high end with 20 fifth floor penthouse style suite apartments.

Acoustics Design TEAM.

Universal Studio Hollywood “M” & “L” Lots renovations & Parking structure; Hollywood California: Phases I-IV on over twenty five acres of the upper and lower lots reconfiguration to accommodate the new nine story 4,653 space parking garage East of City Walk Universal, the structure of two levels below &: seven up is the largest in the California theme park venue! Construction: Cast in place concrete system.

Commercial / Industrial: Steel & Concrete metal framing building projects 2-11 stories with multi level subterranean parking / above ground parking structure systems, including Pre cast & cast in place concrete systems & Central plants.

PROJECTS:

Commercial / Industrial / Historical: Building restorations including seismic upgrades along with all MEP’s and complete T.I. construction capturing mid to high level interior finishes.

Downtown Women’s Center; Los Angeles, CA: A seven story Steel & Concrete Structure Built in 1926 was Seismically up-graded using steel, shotcrete & fiber wrap column systems, with a complete exterior Façade “Historical Upgrade & Restoration” with an interior Type II construction build out consisting of a Full service dining room & restaurant style commercial kitchen Facilities along with 123 single resident living spaces including Salon, Gym, Multipurpose rooms & Learning Center with 1200sqft. 2nd floor outdoor Garden Deck and Viewing Area.
