Research on upsetting extrusion molding process of Aluminum matrix composites piston

•! Used closed die forging method to forge spray deposition gradient composition aluminum; gained aluminum matrix

pistons with good shapes

•! Sampled on pistons; observed microstructures of materials; measured hardness, density, and friction performance

•! Compared with pistons that did not go through densification, pistons we got had higher density and less porosity, which

means better mechanical behavior

•! Conducted experiments of electroplating NdFeB sample including the solution preparation and electroplating
