Project Manager - construction of various retail tenant improvement sites for Walgreens, retail mall’s (Redmond Town Center), movie
theaters, restaurants and clothing stores.
Lionites Golf Resort (recent project’s also include 2013-2015) Budgets: $550 to $600M
Senior Project Manager - implemented a destination resort with a 27-hole golf course and over 600 residences, hotels, spas, restaurants
and shopping centers in the Azores Islands.
The Gates Conference Center at Microsoft (1999 to 2001) Budgets: $90 to $120M
Project Manager - developed a team of various trade professionals to address complex sound and fire requirements, coordinated the
complexity of wall penetration and treatments for sound and fire, developed and drove into implementation of new construction methods,
coordinated with manufactures, contractors and architects.
Safeco Field- Mariners Stadium in Seattle (1997 to 1999) Budgets: $400M to $500M
Project Manager - Construction of the Owners Suite, Suite level, Players Club House, Players bar, and Club level restaurant. Also
coordinated budgets on other aspects of constructions trades, including HVAC capacity and back-up power systems.
Expansion and growth of the Microsoft Campus (1994 to 2002) Budgets: $500M to $1B
Project Manager - Lead several teams, building many of the buildings in the expansion of the Redmond Campus. Successful on time
completion of all projects, always under contract or with a contractor, never as an employee. Constructed LABS, the home of the future
and various other R&D related work environments.
MASCA Class M-1 Clean-room complex (1995 to 1996) Budgets: $200 to $210M
Assembled the critical envelope team that constructed the largest silicon wafer manufacturing plant (CLEAN-ROOM) in the United
