SPECIAL SKILLS AND INTERPERSONAL QUALITIES: -

•Fluent in French, English, and Tamaziɣt (my mother tongue). French is the main

teaching vehicle in my native country (Algeria) in technical schools and is widely

spoken and understood in North Africa.

•Taught Physics in French in high school level in Algeria

•Successfully translated all my immigration paperwork from French to English back in

1995.

•I like building and troubleshooting computers as a hobby (I have an incommensurable

passion for anything IT, with special leaning towards software/app development both

for the web and for desktops). A few years back, I have setup a lab of 4 CISCO routers

for learning purposes, in conjunction with a LAN of 4 desktops and a laptop all

connected together in a workgroup fashion, all sharing a broadband connection to the

Internet.

•I literally enjoy and love writing code, scripting, programming and troubleshooting

•My training and previous experience in the IT field are such that I can be productive

almost immediately with very little to no need for extra training. Even if a new tool or

a system that I’m not familiar with is involved, I have the ability to pick up and learn

new ways of doing things (methodology) or tools of the trade (of software and/or of

hardware nature) in very little time. I am a true, proven and efficient self-learner, I

spend hours at home reading up and learning new systems/techniques/tools and so

on...a good illustration of this fact is my achieving the coveted CCNA certification

milestone 100% on a self study basis!

•I have an incline towards perfectionism. I don’t like to give up or settle for an inferior

solution out of resignation. If there’s a way of doing something (better) I’ll persist

until I find it.

•I have a strong drive to learn and assimilate new technologies, mainly using the Internet

as a research medium for documentation.

•I’m a friendly person. As dedicated as can be and very reliable. I take great pride in what
