I have also worked in collections. I have used a dialed system for in-coming and out-going calls.

I once was a manger in training, theses duties were quality assurance reviews, account notes review and handled supervisor calls. All of the jobs were done independently.

FRG (Family Readiness Group) October 2010-Presant

I am a currently the lead of the Family Readiness Group (FRG) for my husbands unit. I have been in that volunteer position since 2010. I love helping the soldiers and their military families. The FRG is to assist them with any thing they need.
