Responsibilities:

-As billing Assistant my responsibilities are to audit bills submitted by employees, photo copy of files, computing man power rate, printing acknowledgement receipt, answering phone, encoding name of man powers, meal allowances, transportation allowances and writing man power rate in v-hire

-I make sure that as trainee I listen to instructions given so I can easily adopt the daily routine and nature of work being assigned to me with minimal supervision by my superiors.
