Job Responsibilities: The work activity includes working with Catia modeling for the parts and assemblies with detail manufacturing drawings and put these data into SAP. It also includes generation of Bill of material, reducing cost, creation of platform for machine, standardization of the manufacturing process. Job Responsibilities: The work activity includes modeling and drafting of the input data (PDF) by using interface of CARISMA along with Catia and modify the fitting assembly as per product. Here I am leading this project and making casting and welded assemblies. Modifications of parts are also done.

Project1 Spare wheel modification

Job Responsibilities:: This project mainly focus on the fitment of spare wheel on the rear bumper of vehicle. It is a kind of reverse engineering project which mainly produces prototypes of spare wheels and their study after the attachment with the rear bumper. It includes prototype creation, creating CAD data in NX and release those documents in team center.

Project2 Progressive press tool for gasket(Team size 2)

Job Responsibilities:: The work activity includes concept design and layout drawing with calculating and distribution of forces, finding center of pressure for the tool. Then creation of model assembly and the manufacturing drawing for all the parts. The puch and pin sizes are derived from Mikumi standards.

Project3 Philips Health Care Equipment,Pune, R&D Department:

Creation of various parts & assemblies for x-ray machines

Job Responsibilities: Modeling and assembly of various components of large x-ray machines along with detailed manufacturing drawings. Validation of parts & assemblies using tolerance stackup analysis & DFMEA. Designing of Packaging assembly used for safe transport of Machines to protect it from damage. Generating Bill Of Material Of Large Assemblies & handling large assemblies CAD Models.

Working Software: Creo 2.0

Project4 Valve Design:

Parametric designing of various sizes of casting valves used in water pipe & refineries such as Gate Valves, Globe Valves, Check valves as per API600 standard along with detailed manufacturing drawings.

Job Responsibilities: Parametric Modeling of valve components along with detailed manufacturing drawings and quality checking as per valves standard.

Working Software: Pro-e 5.0.

Project5: Tool Design for Heat Exchanger Plate:

Modeling of sheet metal plates used in plate heat exchanges along with designing of punch & Die for heat exchanger plate with its manufacturing drawings.

Job Responsibilities: Modeling of heat exchanger plate from given Auto Cad inputs & designing of Punch & die in family table to achieved required pair clearance. Make tool assembly also.

Working Software: Pro-e 5.0, 2.0, AutoCAD2010.

(2) Klassic Wheels Pvt. Ltd., Ahmadnagar as a 'Design and Development Engg.'

Experience: 9 months (Jan'2012 to Sept'2012 )

Project1:Progressive tool for gasket(Work independently)

Job Responsibilities:Current tool has difficulty in ejecting due to a notch presentin the profile. So we modify it to Progressive tool in which blanking and piercing operation are done in two stages and complete assembly and drawings. Here we have done strip layout, calculations and final manufacturing drawings.

Project 2: Drilling Jig for H attachment

Job Responsibilities:It was plate having few holes and due to necessity of maintaining centre to centre distance a Jig was designed with necessary clamping. This was the project done with the use of available heat treatment as bushes have to manufactured in house.

Project 3 : Welding fixture for H attachment (Hanger for Conveyor)

Job Responsibilities:Fixture was designed for ease in welding and necessity of high production.

Project4: FACO Automation

Job Responsibilities:According to press operation sequence a Automatic Fabricated passage was developed for Automatic press operation with the help of metal sensor.

(3) Indo-German Tool Room, Aurangabad as a 'Trainee Engineer'(Part time)

Experience: 6 months (July'11 to Dec'11)

Live Project:' Re-striking and Tab bending tool'

Project Description: It includes design and manufacturing of bending tool with necessary flange bending. During this manufacturing we have to involved in all kind of machines required like CNC-LATHE,CNC-MILLING,WIRE-CUT,EDM,GRINDING and also NX-CAM programming to generate tool path for CNC machines.

(4) Uptech Engineering, Chakan, Pune.

Experience: 1Year (July'09 to April'10)

Job Responsibilities:Manufacturing of Ultra brand precision measuring instrument. Testing and quality inspection with necessity drawing and process planning.

The instruments are manufactured in the tool room and it includes Magnetic V-Block, Magnetic lifter, magnetic fixtures.
