In addition, I troubleshoot insurance claims, resolve insurance rejections and seek third party payment, specialize in prior authorizations from various programs, such as NYS Medicaid, workers compensation and no fault claims. Other responsibilities are ordering and stocking incoming medications, special ordering of over-the-counter items as well as prescription reversal claims for medications never picked up.
