WORK EXPERIENCE:

System Engineer at Cerner Corporation July 2014 – Currently working

My responsibility is to support the backbone through which all of Cerner technology runs, install, implement and support technology infrastructures. Managing and protecting health and financial information from around the world.

In addition, Internal and external teams to analyze requirements, design information flow, implement processes, implementation of data interfaces and installation of non-Cerner information systems and my end goal is a system builds for optimal performance, recoverability and availability.

Key responsibility

-Monitor emails to understand technical issues, resolve, forward as needed

-Monitor the tickets and resolve the issues and close tickets.

-Understand what’s in scope and redirect correctly for all out of scope work.

-Perform preventive maintenance on servers

-Work with DEV, engineering, networking and project management teams to co-ordinate and address issues.

-Participate in the internal team sync up and various troubleshooting/project related status calls and update management with appropriate project and work statuses.

Intern Technical-I at AT&T Web Developer (SharePoint) May 2013- September 2013

Develop and maintain (administrator) departmental intranet site, bringing together disparate websites and organizing information for the department. Design and develop SharePoint 2010 templates, layouts and master pages. Project includes one or many subjects: HTML, CSS, Java Script, Project Management, Microsoft Exchange and leadership.
