WORK EXPERIENCE:
System Engineer at Cerner Corporation July 2014 – Currently working
My responsibility is to support the backbone through which all of Cerner technology runs, install, implement and support technology infrastructures. Managing and protecting health and financial information from around the world.
In addition, Internal and external teams to analyze requirements, design information flow, implement processes, implementation of data interfaces and installation of non-Cerner information systems and my end goal is a system builds for optimal performance, recoverability and availability.
Key responsibility
-Monitor emails to understand technical issues, resolve, forward as needed
-Monitor the tickets and resolve the issues and close tickets.
-Understand what’s in scope and redirect correctly for all out of scope work.
-Perform preventive maintenance on servers
