Business Development and Strategy Experience within Healthcare Markets

More than 25 years of senior level program and project experience to include business development, capture management, proposal, technical, software development, and operations management for a variety of companies competing in the healthcare space to include Aspen Systems (now Lockheed Martin), Z-Tech (now ICF), IQ Solutions, Circle Solutions, and Dovel Technologies.

At Dovel, he is now serving as the Director of Software Development for the day-to-day management of all business requirements, software development (agile), testing, operations, and T3 support for Grantsolutions.gov. One of the largest grants management systems in the U.S with transactions over $65 Billion dollars annually.

At Circle Solutions, he served as Vice President of Health IT in which he was responsible for all business development, strategy, technical support and operations for the company. During this time, he was in charge of the CMS, NIH NIDDK contract operations as well as the HRSA health Information Exchange contract valued at $12M.

At IQ Solutions, he served as Vice President and was responsible for overall strategy and operations management for the company’s health IT practice.
