Assigned at Agemono, frying station for battered and breaded recipes. Responsible in frying ebi tempura, katsudon, ebi katsu, tonkatsu, calamari and other fried items in Japanese cuisine.
Mise en place food products to be used in the kitchen proper. Prepared vegetables for Teppan station and portioned meat items for gyudon, beef curry and other recipes.
Fabricated seafood items like squid, shrimps and gindara. Peeled and deveined shrimps for tempura. Cleaned squid for calamari recipe.
Assembled toppings for pizza recipes, tomato sauce, cheese and various pizza garnishes and oven baked the pizza items.
Stationed at Yakimono where grilled items were prepared. Cooked Chicken teriyaki, chicken yakitori, gindara, bacon aspa and other grilled items.
Prepared Gyoza (dumpling) that is made from either chicken or pork meat and cooked it whether steamed or fried.
Helped the Head Chef in plating Japanese recipes as well as the other station chefs.
Placed at Teppan station where sizzling meat items and stir-fried vegetables were cooked.
