Oversee level one facility with on-site school and 47 behavioral health clients. Hire maintenance technicians and facilitate annual reviews.

Manage large vendor base of electrical, plumbing, flooring and linen service contractors. Hire information technology consultants, and supervise contractors to ensure quality. Propose recommendations for contractor selection based on price.
