Taking care of Preventive maintenance, Schedule maintenance, Breakdown maintenance hydraulic machineries like, Articulated Load haul dump 307, Articulated Low profile dump truck 320, 330.

Monitoring daily technical reports, diagnose machine on programed scheduled to determine future failure.

Formulating technical analysis written reports, this includes findings, analysis and recommendations.

Preparing schedule and implement repair before failure on machine.

Providing failure analysis on machine component to determine root cause of failure.

Practicing safety onsite mining by use of personal protective equipment.

Maintaining machine logbook used genuine parts records maintaining (reports, call register and also customer details).

Servicing machine as per hours vies 125 hours, 250hours, 500 hours, 1000 hours, 2000 hours

Participated in EHS activity and win1 award in company.

TRAINING UNDERGONE

Successfully attended trainings on:

oHindustan Zink Ltd provides First Aid Training from Indian Red Cross Society.

oSandvik program safety training (use of PPE, safety on machine operation, confined space).

oBasic fundamentals of Hydraulic system.

BE in Mechanical Engineering from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engg. (Nagpur University) with 64.10% in year 2012.

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Priyadershini Polytechnic with 81.97% in year 2009.
