Key Achievements:

oInstrumental in replacing the problematic Laser Welding technology with Plasma Welding Technology.

oStudied, verified and validated the plasma welding to suit the product requirement and made an in house set up of the plasma welding machine and related fixtures.

oSet up of the plasma welding machine in house gave better control over the quality, better welding strength and it reduced the product cost by reducing the rejection rates and reducing the other overheads.

oMade the SOP and protocols and trained the operators to use the machine safely and effectively.

oOne of the idea is selected for the patenting.

oTrained on ISO 13485, ISO 9001; Risk Management, FMEA and completed regulatory requirement for CE Marking of the product.
