Apps Systems Engineer IV – Wells Fargo May 2015 – Present

Provide software support for applications used by the Collections and Loss Mitigation Teams

Perform systems design, analysis and software configuration of the Early Resolution (ER) application

Assess technical specifications and review Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and (FSD) to ensure business needs are met during scheduled configuration and design releases

Perform unit, integration, and system testing of ER configuration changes

Perform code reviews and post-release validations to ensure the application is properly updated for production deployments

Resolve end-users issues by researching ER and MSP application to determine a root cause

Configure business rules and management controls within ERLMF to resolve system Defects that are logged

Evaluate XML logs of ER transactions to help troubleshoot configuration issues

Design SQL queries to locate sample datasets used for system testing

Research screens and fields in MSP to determine if ER is reading/writing to MSP

Produce test scripts and perform unit testing to ensure the integrity of business rule configuration

EDI Developer – XPO Logistics March 2014 – May 2015

Responsible for maintaining, managing and providing support for all electronic data exchange between partners and internal systems.

Work with internal sales, operations, accounting and other functional teams to prioritize and schedule delivery of b2b solutions that optimize their respective business functions.

Manage the service experience for our end users and ensure their requirements are scheduled, communicated and resolved.

Assist software development team and external vendors as needed to conduct impact analysis and version release support as required to ensure b2b data integrity pre and post release.
