Responsible for the yearly design, development, and construction of multiple product lines ~ Establish and implement life cycle planning for each product line ~ Develop and train sales teams regarding benefit and feature differences for each new model year offering ~ Successfully proposed and implemented a new modular design concept that directly contributed to nearly doubling the plants maximum production capacity ~ New modular design approach also contributed to Fleetwood’s first Just-In-Time assembly plant thus eliminating the previous need for a 3 month surplus of parts on hand in a separate warehouse ~ Responsible for the analysis and determination of labor and material costs for each unit produced.

Ensure compliance with national code requirements such as RVIA, NEC, FMVSS and CSA ~ Responsible for completion and tracking of nearly 2,000 page assembly manual for each product produced ~ Integrated Design and Manufacturing Operations into the first Fleetwood Design/Build Facility.

Responsible for the development, implementation and completion of CAD Standards and procedures to transition the company from a majority board drafting staff to the new company directive of becoming 100% CAD within a 24 month period.
